I was thinking. The districts rarely play apart of these games so why not have a buff given to certains ditricts for the whole game. Like d11 gets a high jump boost.
Also maybe by winning special events you can get custom boost for yourself. I would love getting 4+ jump and speed buffs.
If the district buffs are implemented i suggest donors could choose what districts they wanted and have a small list so if they get their first choice they get their second or third choice.
Another decent idea would be adding diamond axes shovels and scythes which can do what theyre suppose to do. This would add an interesting twist to fights if you could build shelters. And finally secret dispenser with enchanted weapons and armor!
District 1: +.5 Damage to all Gold/Diamond Weapons And -.5 damage done with every gold/diamond armor
District 2: Strengh+
District 3: Blast restistance
District 4:Respiration (longer drowning time)
District 5: Able to get and use redstone
District 6: +2 Speed
District 7: +2 damage with Axes
District 8: -1.5 Damage taken for each peice of leather armor
District 9: Takes longer to lose Hunger
Distrct 10: Increased loot from passive mobs
District 11: +1 Speed and +2 Jump
District 12: Longer time to take damage from Fire
