Like MineZ had it (maybe they still have it; idk) basically. What happens is that 4 silverfish spawn around a player who the Anti-Cheat detects as using Aimbot/something of the like. The silverfish only spawn for about 1/4 of a second before despawning- a rate at which is impossible for any legitimate player to even damage one of the silverfish. If a player hits all 4 silverfish before they despawn, they get automatically banned.

On a lot of hacked clients you can deactivate the kill aura with the mobs.

Saimo I already gave Chad and the Developers this idea and they already told me they're working on this and they're testing it, so we might have it in the servers really soon, basically as soon as they'll make sure there are no bugs what so ever since they said they're coming across some, but yeah.
Hopefully this idea (gave by me at first) becomes something real and effective, since it would be helping a lot.

I kinda wish mcsg put the no-cheat back in. It made people not get insane combos and it can stop the hackers a little

I completely agree with you, however at least there are ideas to lowering the amount of hackers, and this thread is one of them. :D

I have to admit, this idea seems absolutely amazing, however let's lower the hit sensor to where the suspect hits them twice and is automatically banned, I don't think 3 will do because they could have noticed by now. However that plugin does seem to only be able to detect and observe Kill-Aura, people tend to use different kinds of hacks meaning that the entities that detect Kill-Aura will be irrelevant when trying to catch people who use hacks different from Kill-Aura. However I do believe that this idea should further in development because I think it could work! :)
No. They should actually change it to 4 hits because what if someone with insanely fast clicking speed/ping gets a double hit and they just instantly get banned

Most SoupPVP servers use this, it would be very useful on mcsg, good suggestion!
