Okay okay, let's get this goin':
First off, this is a cool concept. I was thinking the same idea when brainstorming a MCSG map, which I think would work well for it. The snow-globe idea for a lobby... it's nice, but does it relate to the arena too much? Maybe, but that's for you to decide. I love your reindeer, your snowman and your christmas tree. Those are the three things which really stand out for me.
Of course, there are many problems which need fixing. The parkour seems a little cramped, and I see no reason to choose Iron over Snow for the base blocks. The coloured sheep... not too sure how they relate to your theme...
As noted before, detail is key, and this certainly doesn't possess enough of it. The previously mentioned "one/two block types structures" haven't been justified, the buildings still look plain and boring. Your entrance to the new maze (Looking at the pictures you've shown) is very plain, and so I suggest giving it a floor pattern, a non-flat ceiling, something. Your spawn house is... better, although I can see you're still struggling to add detail. Flowerpots on the balcony, the roof covered in snow, these features and more would help enhance the look of the structure. Looking at those candycane-esque archways, I feel it would make more sense, to walk through them on the path, instead of them being at the side of the path. This is just my opinion, of course. Your barn... eh, I'm not really that impressed with it. The wool makes the structure look fake and too quirky. I suggest making the barn out of wood. I know that the red-white style is the generic barnhouse style, but I would opt with a wooden one instead. And of course, a barn needs (needs!) to have an awesome barn door. Try and create that instead of your fence. The insides are ugh too, to be brutally honest, Create pens for different types of animals, an anvil, dirt as the floor instead of grass, and so on. It might be the angle the screenshot is taken, but the right path looks a different width to the left. Detail is important, and that really should be changed if it isn't a screenshot trick. Your blacksmith's is pretty nice actually, good job on that. And see, detail! Adding the cobblestone really helps. Maybe an iron bar to imply a weapon stack?
Moving on, your lava parkour certainly looks challenging. If this is based underground, I suggest swapping some of the stone blocks in the ceiling and walls for different ores.
Overall, the concept is good enough, some structures are very good, but the execution is poor in some places.
That is all.
And sorry for the very harsh review, read my signature!
EDIT: Read the guy above me as well! ^^^ He knows what he's talking about.
