Map Updates -=2/9/2014=- "Spring Cleaning" Update!

Well I think that Wyvern's Wake should stay is it hard to remove the diamond sword and enchantment bottles i like the map i just don`t like it when a person with nothing kills me with a diamond sword or someone comes back with full enchanted gear. Its also a map thats played alot so if you remove it you`ll get spammed. As for the other maps im fine with you removing them the ones with op items aren`t played much anyways.

I think the thing is that they would need the map creator's approval to take out the over-powered items and the map creator has already been asked about taking away the items. He refused to take out the over-powered items, so the map had to taken out.
EDIT: I really hope they add Alaskan Village sometime soon. It looks really good .

How is Fortune Island underplayed? It gets voted way more than other maps such as TSG1, TSG3, Fallen Haven, The Fallen Empire v2.0, SG1, SG2, SG3, SG5, and many more. Also, just get the map creators to get rid of the OP items in Wyvern's Wake. It is a great map and is unfair for players that love those maps.

Wyverns Wake really? The map is actually being played more and more recently and instead of getting rid of the OP items... you just get rid of the map all together? It is a good map.. just get rid of the OP items.

I like the additions of the new maps.. but is Ancient Japan gonna be just as laggy as it was back before? Mcsg added back another map recently that was removed in the past.. and everytime I go to play it.. it crashes just like it did in the past. Hopefully this isn't the case with Ancient japan... cuz I actually like the map.

That sir.. is not true. Wron has never "refused" to take out the items in the map. The OP items have actually been taken out of some locations. For some reason they just don't take out ALL the items in ALL the locations.

In my opinion, they should of asked the community for what they wanted.

The map committee could of got all the maps that were underplayed/had OP items and made a shortlist. Then, in a poll in-game and on the forums (that have equal weighting), we could of decided which maps we wanted to stay.

Statistics don't show everything. Just because a map is underplayed, doesn't mean it's a bad map.

Some of these maps shouldn't be removed. They're not underplayed. They're just not overplayed as all the other maps.

Thanks for clearing that up then. I was just going off of information I've previously heard, stating what I believed the problem to be.

I'm sad that Whyvern's is gone. I'm sad that fortune is gone. But why oh why do we still have TSG3, and Destiny'//\/\\//\\/\//\s shiver?

Really it's up to him, we tried but no dice. Guess he want's to keep the OP items on the map for their advantage.

Can't you go into a game of Wyverns Wake, there's usually always somebody who takes the OP items anyways >.<

I can agree that Wyvern's Wake was really good, but unfortunately the map creator has hidden tons of OP items where they were not disclosed to us to remove. Once he complies, we may add it back.
