No they shouldn't, Games on AU rarely get more than 12 players even during peak and this would just make games take forever to start..

It isn't rare. I play AU quite frequently and have played many games with just over 12 players and even 24 players.

Destiny i can think of 1000 things that are wrong with what you are saying, but I dont have the time. You are talking about a players skill rather then there methods of getting wins. Croe plays with his good friend Vanessa and you cant blame them for that.

You might not consider it boosting, but when you and a friend are 1/3 of the game lobby, and one is decent at pvp, and one is bad, in the eyes of most people, yeah it's boosting. He did not get most of his wins in high player games, and he didn't get most of his wins solo.
