I'm sure I'll get a lot of hate for this, but I still want them to remove voting all together. In fact, I wish there wasn't a lobby at all >.<

I'm inclined to agree.
I would prefer random map selection, but the developers have put a lot of time and effort into makin the voting system, it would be disrespectful to remove it

If it's a random map, you could spawn just in your podiums on the map, or just in the middle of the map so you could have a chance to explore before it starts..
