Atlantis = Horrible

It is very simple to kill anybody you desire when getting a weapon from spawn, their only escape route is the ladders leading up, and if someone got a bow and arrows from spawn or was sponsored them then they get more easy kills.

Idea = Add at least one staircase of some sort so that they don't have to gamble on their chance of survival.

Even if they climb up ladders, the people with the sword gain 0.5 block reach, so they are dead either way.

Can people stop bashing Wasteland's terraforming? It's suppsed to be rough for effect, you know, to look like a wasteland. Just because it's an unconventional style of terraforming doesn't mean it's bad.

In this context (an SG map) it both looks bad and is terrible for PvP. I understand your point, but Wasteland literally looks like a wasteland which isn't a very nice look.

That's subjective. I like the way it looks and the way it plays.

It's good for it's theme, but not for a PvP map. But if it was a wasteland contest let's say, this would win.

Exactly, by no means is Wasteland a bad map; it just is different.

Unfortunately people don't like different. Most people are looking for a map that has good gameplay accompanied by good builds.

Yes but they are generally fround upon because it can hurt the map maker if people are just bashing there map. On threads like this it is just better to give your opinion and make sure it is constructive and not just like "I h8 dis map bcuz it iz b4d n0 chests".

What you don't realize is that people spent countless hours of their free time making a map for people to appreciate and play, and then when people bash it and say it's bad, or want it removed, it can really hurt someone's feelings. Like Sean said, threads like this are frowned upon. How would you like it if you made a map, and everyone made a thread saying that it should be removed. If you don't like a map, here's a simple solution- go to another server, and play on a map you like.
