Unless you've made some bad ass coding, I don't think there is a way to differentiate BSM and 1.7.2 sprinting? I'm sure it would string some problems together actually.

The computer doesn't look for signs. From my understanding, BSM tells the server that the player has it. The server doesn't need to detect you having toggle sprint, it knows.

That doesn't stop it from detecting 1.7.2 toggle sprint?

Yes it does... The server detects the MOD not your movements in game. Even if you don't use BSM in-game but you have it installed you'll get banned.

Just making sure here after I talked to someone on the hub.
I have BSM and haven't used it in MCSG (Not much I can say here to prove that, so I'll just move on); but use it for other servers which allow it.
However I use Magic Launcher and is it ok to deactivate the mod in Magic Launcher setup before playing on MCSG or do I have to uninstall it completely to avoid getting banned?
