Upgrading the graphics card is going to be pretty much the only thing that will be noticeable performance-wise. You can upgrade other stuff, but it will barely make a difference in terms of performance.

You said that you mostly play minecraft and csgo. I'd say go for the GTX 960. If you think you'll be playing more games in the future, then go for the GTX 970. Or if you want, you can wait til this summer when the new Nvidia Pascal graphics cards come out. That's what I'm doing. :p

Since you're mostly doing just gaming, a upgrade to your processor won't be that necessary.

Go for the Asus, Gigabyte, or MSI branded graphics cards. From looking at pcpartpicker the prices of the 960s cost around $225-$250 USD.

I would suggest you getting a GeForce GTX 950/960 graphics card and that's pretty much it your specs are above average only thing is your graphics card, it's really crap.

I think a GTX 960 would be your ideal fit. I currently have one with an i5 6600k and I have no problems with any of the mainstream games. That's games like Minecraft, CSGO, GTA V and other Steam top sellers. If you get this that would give you another 250 dollars left over and you could always load up on a new keyboard, mouse or even a monitor. :) Best of luck man! Any questions feel free to DM me!
