How long does it take for mods to look at your dispute? From what I have been told, the anti-cheat is correct 98-99% of the time, if not more than that. It is clearly not 100% effective, but the developers will more than likely be looking into fixing it soon.

It depends on how many ban disputes the Sr. Mods are getting. I know they've gotten upwards of 300 disputes a day a couple of days ago. You will get a response in less than a week normally, but with the new trials it seems that everything is getting done faster. How long does it take for mods to look at your dispute?

Listen that's fine, but don't claim your Anti-Cheat is so incredible, when it has SO many false positives.Okay guys. We understand that there are some false positives and it is highly brought to our attention, but putting videos of people being unfairly banned in your signature is definitely not helping anyone/anything. I'm just saying that we understand that we have an issue and we're working on it.
Personally I think that XAC is extremely accurate. I don't think it should be removed because if it were removed then there would be over a thousand people telling my colleagues and I to "Do ur job Partifield bad mod". The point is Mods have irl things to do and etc. In all honestly on TeamSpeak there are usually about 20 Mods on at a time. It is utterly impossible for us to ban all hackers. Also before you say something like "Ur a bad mod Partifield" try applying for yourself.
I purposely said Partifield instead of Patrified because
a lot of people call me Partifield for no reason at all

I didn't say it is incredible and infallible; I said it's extremely accurate.Listen that's fine, but don't claim your Anti-Cheat is so incredible, when it has SO many false positives.
anticheat for example, doesn't have nearly as many false positives. There have been a few, (Gloryblade, Stimpy, Oculism), but not near the extent that MCSG had.
Don't perm ban with an autoban first offense. 7 day would be fine, even just a kick would be ok.
edit: Also, understanding it's an issue won't fix all of everyone's false bans.
So what about the people who've been banned unfairly from it? I think they shouldn't deserve a permanent ban, as there is no evidence.I didn't say it is incredible and infallible; I said it's extremely accurate.
To be blunt with it we are not BadLion. We are not subject to be compared to them because we are not them even if we may have a comparative player base.
But then we're back at Square A again where XAC would issue minute long bans and nothing really happen without the intervention of a Moderator.
When I say "We understand it's an issue," I'm saying that we recognize and are addressing the conflict. We obviously do not want players getting randomly banned for no reason.
That will have to be sorted out but I'm just saying that it isn't a terrible thing, and I'm trying to encourage and inform the community that there have been so many positive positives from it. The false positives will have to be worked out.So what about the people who've been banned unfairly from it? I think they shouldn't deserve a permanent ban, as there is no evidence.
Edit: my other friend also, just now got banned from it, I know he doesn't hack or anything, is Internet is really really bad :/
No I agree with what you're saying. The thing I'm saying is for the people who got banned falsely, they don't deserve a perm ban, give them a second chance, if they get banned again from the anti cheat then most likely no more chances or whatever. That will have to be sorted out but I'm just saying that it isn't a terrible thing, and I'm trying to encourage and inform the community that there have been so many positive positives from it.
