Kinda makes me scared to play, I have a platinum account that I have used for quite a long time now on MCSG and why would I risk it getting banned just because I want to play some SG? Also, it doesn't seem too much like the staff are super-understanding with these problems, most of the people I know who tried to appeal about the no-cheat banning them simply received the response "The No-Cheat never messes up ever". I think it'd be best if the staff were a little bit more co-operative with the community here, as a response such as this and then locking a ban dispute thread is probably the most frustrating and least supportive thing a staff member can do. Just because a player is a staff member doesn't make them smarter, better, more mature, or more responsible than any other player and I can assure you if a moderator was banned while playing by the no-cheat they most definitely wouldn't get the response "the no-cheat never messes up ever" in their dispute.
An example of what I mean. Moderators seem far too confident in this anti-cheat. It's not the community that doesn't understand nobody's perfect, it's the staff team that is trying to tell us that their obviously glitchy anti-cheat is perfect.
Another example of a moderator being overly cocky about this clearly imperfect system of preventing cheaters. The community understands that nothing can be perfect, but the what the major problem is that it doesn't seem as though the moderators are responding appropriately to this.
Also, if you haven't noticed, neither of the statements make grammatically correct statements whatsoever. Just enforces my statement above describing moderators as being no better than normal members of the community.
