Just wanted to say this is really insulting to any Sr.Mods and Admin as Dave said Admins are constantly busy helping us all try to have a fun time on the servers and Developers, when arnt they busy. If you really wanted Mod you would have waited and anyways you could of just play MCSG anyway.Really you just couldnt be bothered to wait and that isnt a good perspective for a Mod.

Being a mod is more than just catching hackers, it's about being there to help people who need help. Sometimes these people in need of help might be new to things or have a tougher time learning them than others. To effectively help these people, you have to be patience. If you wanted to become a moderator to help the community, then you should of been patience and showed your dedication to helping others. Quitting just because you have to wait for a colored name doesn't help anyone. Both the staff and the community lose because there is one less staff to help around. I've seen mods who have wait a lot longer for their ranks, and I can tell from them complaining about not having their ranks, and from other mods and people telling them to be patience, they've improved a lot more as a staff and a person in general.

If you're wonder why it would take so long for the staff to review your app, interview you, and give you your rank, it's because, believe it or not, we have lives outside of MCSG as well. Not only do we have to deal with school or work, we also have to deal with a lot of "behind the scene" MCSG work to keep everything in check. I can tell you now, it's no walk in the park.

So this leads to a question: How is quitting before getting your moderator rank going to help or solve anything?

If I'm perfectly honest, I'm a bit glad you quit. Moderators should actually care about the community and WANT to help. They shouldn't just "want a red name".

now i find this very insulting as the admin we have are always busy its not a case of being bothered to do a interview its a case of do we have time and on the next point you did not come to me for forum rank at all and the devs dont acctuly have 10 minutes to spear they are always working so in future please check your information before saying things thank you.

Dave, I did try to contact you on team speak.
Your settings don't allow the players to talk to you, also I've sent antster 2 messages on the forums which have been ignored.

You added a bunch of players who passed days after me the ability to mod the forums, and I simply felt like most things were unorganized, and nobody had time to help

The best way is to email them if you can't contact them through teamspeak.

The entire waiting process is sort of a test of your dedication to the servers. If you're really passionate about being a mod, then you'll be fine with waiting.

I'm not really passionate about joining the staff team, I just thought I would try and help out because I'm good at it.

Sorry for double posts, I don't have access to a computer this morning.
