Make "Trash Talk" Bannable

I would love for this to happen as well but there are some certain things not making that possible, 1. I asked Dave and he said no 2. I think there is freedom of speech in minecraft xD

Dave told me that the rules were made on a "British Type Ruling" where there is no freedom of speech.

Trash Talking is already bannable. Trash talking enters in the category of Harassment.

If you read what I said, a senior mod said that trash talk is not bannable.

Yeah, like, some people think this is trash talk : Lol kid gg10 m8 ez rekt or something like that. (but ez is only okay if you're above 8 hearts.)

I fee like they need to modify the examples in rule 2 in order to list examples like "Gg 10 hearts" or "Get rekt" or something along those lines.

I understand both sides of the story, but I feel it should not really be bannable. When the trash talking becomes major such as normal harassment that's when you can report it. But, if it's just "Noob" and things like "GG get rekt scrub" aren't enough to be dealt with to the extent of a ban. There's a fine line between Trash Talking and Harassment and that's what you have to know before you try reporting people. I feel trash talking isn't that big of a deal. Although it isn't bannable it can turn into other offenses. Say someone's saying all of those things and a staff member tells them to stop, if they don't. It could be considered as disobeying staff, or if they spam it they can be kicked for spam. Or even the flood the chat by saying something like, "Noooooooooooooooooooooooooob" then they could be kicked. This is a very debatable topic but I feel it won't be really made bannable, maybe just a mute for a couple of hours or a kick. Offenses could eventually lead up to this but this is still all very unlikely to ever happen. Thank you for taking time to read this post.

'ez' is never okay, whether you were on 10 hearts or 0.5 ffs.
