Staff is to take precautions for this and as you said, abuse is bannable, it really just has to do with the severity of the "trash talk".

We are all entitled to our own opinions, however I don't believe being rude adds an edge. Most of the time it just makes people angry or sad and creates tension.

Why would anyone insult another player to make a game more intense? That doesnt even make any sense to make a game where you hit square people with swords more intense. There is no excuse to be rude to another player for your own enjoyment.

I am having trouble of understanding what you mean by an 'edge' do you find self enjoyment in making others angry? Cause that's certainly not a trait I would like to have.

But anyways in my opinion the best way I find to deal with someone who trash talks is to ask them not to as you find it very provocative. If they then continue, report it, just like any other report and if severe enough they will be dealt with.

Admitting to violating a rule does merit punishment, just like saying "I hack" in chat would get you banned.
Therefore, by that train of logic, you practically just posted on the forums, in front of several Moderators, a sign saying "BAN ME! PICK ME! BAN ME QUICKLY!"

And before anyone says, "oh, well, he shouldn't be banned" for any reason, let me explain this:

He's a person that trash-talks and antagonizes other players FOR FUN.
He literally disrespects other players and tries to make them rage, just so that he can get a kick out of it.
Is that really someone you want on your servers? I think not.

It will never be bannable, a mean , if you banned everyone who called someone a noob , then I think everyone who even commented on this thread including yourself would be banned and mcsg would be a draft of a breeze with a bush rolling through.

This is also about the 50th thread about this, a mean you should really search it before you make a new one as You'll get the same answer each time, which is basically just adding more and more threads to the thing for worthless reasons
