Nice Idea, it sounds good, although I'm not sure if it would work or not. Seems a little complicated, and the developers may not be able to make this happen. You never know.

I was also thinking of perhaps some quarter quells with some potion effects from doing certain things. Ideas?

Not bad. This would be really interesting and would be a lot of fun to go and wait around in a server and hope you get one with the quarter quells.
  • Hardcore Games.
    This maps spawns hostile mobs on the hard difficulty. Now, you have to fight off mobs and players. What makes this even more challenging is that the mobs can only be killed by players. They won't burn in sunlight, drown in lava, or fall to their deaths. They also have the chance of spawning in raw daylight, and spawning a lot more frequently at night.
I wish that one was already implemented into all of the games like what it was in classic with sg1 and sg2

Allow me to suggest some "QQ gamemodes"
Ultra Hardcore : The only way to regen health is by eating a golden apple , spawn has a very small beacon with regen.
This is in the vanilla game , and would be easily implemented. (hostile mobs would be on too , but would follow normal game mechanics , meaning they will burn . Note that hard difficulty is on)

Apocalypse : At nightime (refill) all current spectators online can return (with a vengeance ) as zombies with their player head equiped. They have 5 minutes before respawns are turned off (yes they can spawn back , but they all spawn around the edge of the map). For every kill these zombies get , they gain 5 points (no matter how good the player is). They would be equiped with a gold sword , and 1 in 10 spawns with a fire aspect gold sword.

Blood Bath : The only weapons on the map spawn in the cornucopia , where there is 16 chests instead of 8. Each chest is guaranteed a weapon (NOTE that a bow is a separate weapon to arrows ). This would influence sponsorship as a key factor in the games.

Game Makers : Every 4 minutes a random spectator is chosen to choose a disaster , these include : Lightning storm (continuous lightning strikes the map randomly ) , Bomb's away! (planes appear in the sky and TNT rains from the heavens ) You get the idea this one is open to suggestions. The menu would be similar to that of the sponsor menu.

I think these and all the other suggestions are all aiming at one thing:

We all agree that some twists in the normal game would be fun and cool and good and enjoyed by many.

Should be every 100-200 games since how fast games go by. And should not be on every server. Good idea doe.
