Admin - No cape for youu! Just kidding, but i don't know what colour you should have.
Developer - Rainbowwwww cape
Com.Manager - I have no suggestions for colours.

This seems like a fun idea, but would there be an option to turn your cape off? I can imagine it being an annoyance if you're trying to hide well and the cape is sticking out, I would love to run around with it, but I would want to be able to take it off too.

Not necessarily, all of this sort of stuff will be available once mojang put out the "plugin/mod API" which they've been planning since like october last year.
