I like this idea!
But the problem is lots of people get their popups blocked on most websites so no one would see it, and I must agree with Saar too, Im sure most people would take it as a "Terms and Conditions" thing and would ignore it anyways.
Like i said, I like this idea... but i think it would only work for %5 of the cases unfortunately :/

It won't be an actual pop-up, it'll be coded/formatted like the box that comes up for editing posts.
