Although having such a massive distance would make it unfair for people whos' computer can't handle far, personaly mine can handle full setting, plus a TP and the GLSL shaders, but still.

Sounds like it, not too difficult, if you can judge the Coriolis Effect (Not sure if it's the Coriolis...I forget.) enough to where you can aim above their heads right and when you're at a high, hidden position.
Coriolis Effect? That has to do with weather patterns and how the earth spins. I think you mean gravity

It is an Awesome idea truly
BUT minecraft hp system makes things quite difficult but not impossible
and someone is probably going to make a headshot hack just for this and the server that got that plugin

So no sorry, its an good idea though

Cool idea, but not possible. Minecraft doesn't have a separate hit box for the head of a player. It is possible to detect the distance you got shot from but not where it hit.
