How is Annie a champion for nublets? I have like a 99% win ratio with her on ranked. She has a strong laning phase (especially with op auto attack range), has a long stun which scares a lot of people off too, a refresh on mana with her last hit Q and she can burst someone and do massive aoe damage in a teamfight. She's an extremely fun and strong champion to play ^_^

She's good, but easy to play I think. :) (I'm new at it)

I'm still pretty new at league but I honestly think it depends on how you play the game and your style. Being newer I play easier champions but I highly recommend champions like Garen and Teemo to beginners. Sona is also very easy to learn and she's a great support. Garen is extremely tanky and pretty powerful mid game, plus his alt lets him live for days. Teemo is great because with high attack speed, especially in late game he can melt away at the strongest of champions. Anyway that's just my 2 cents, hope it helped!

My latest thoughts on:
Heimerdinger - He's hilariously fun to play, and sometimes when I use him, the other people laning against me say in [All] chat stuff like "Oh crud, it's heimy.." (Often worse stuff includes swearing and cursing their bad luck.) Turret placement is key, and knowing which ability to use with your ult can decide whether you get a double kill or die instantly.
Alistar - He's a good person for some people, and is a very tanky support - with a heal that has a much shorter cooldown than the summoner spell, and two stuns as well as a knockback, he can be good in teamfights. Sadly, he's not extremely tanky and not the best of supports either, making him like a jack-of-all-trades-but-master-of-none type thingy, as he also has a bit of attack damage (I think?)
Nocturne - The champion that I've been playing most recently, often it's recommended that you jungle with him, but a lot of people also lane with him - heck, I even went support with him last game!!! (I was forced to.) He's a great ganker because of his ult (Can nearly instantly move to anyone within a large range, as well as deal damage.) Unfortunately I play with a locked camera, but if you play unlocked then you can make much better usage of his ultimate.

Champions with low skill requirements don't necessarily drop off in higher play. She is a good champion for beginners, but I don't think gustyy meant that she wasn't good in higher levels too.
