Chance to get good items from chests other than cornucopia

Right now, all chest refills are even, but they really dont feal like it. I have gotten diamond outside of cornicopia chests and i have also found iron armor. It just feels like its less likely because its 8 chests to the one or two you find outside the corn. And im pretty sure double chests are actually kind of nerfed so that theyre not going to always get great items...
