No, it has more. He's saying more people doesn't necessarily mean more demand. We won the poll asking for more servers and actually hosted in Australia, Asians didn't win it.

You guys should get servers, you also have to acknowledge us. We've played with bad connection, you should also play with bad connection for a while.

Your main argument is you can't play with bad connection because you started with good connection.

My argument is I'm not used to good connection.

You are Counting just Singapore when this is about Asia Servers lol, I don't mind if there isn't Asian Server's but I would like there to be.Its just that AU.mcsg.in doesn't really makes People from asia wanna play ._.

The thing that is annoying me- the attitude AU players saying "Hey, we survived lag. So you should too." You make it sound like it was the most horrible thing having Singaporean servers-you forget back to when before they were implemented we had to play on US, which actually had much worse connection, and Australians were so happy to get better connection to the servers.

I'm not saying don't rejoice in your new found-lag free experience, I'm saying don't rub it in the faces of the Asian players because they are getting more lag than you now. Just something I have been noticing lately.

And now, to the point. I would say (unconfirmed by the other senior staff and/or Chad) that IF there was enough of a demand for Asian servers, enough to justify the cost of buying another relatively expensive server, Chad might consider it.

One last thing I'm noticing- it seems to be commonly thought that we rent 12 Au servers from our host. This is not the case, we rent one server box thing (technical terms) which is then what the 12 servers run off. So we can't just take AU 11 and 12 and make them AS servers.

Thanks Guys for the responses. As Shaun said, I think that if we started a list of people who would appreciate Asian Servers it could be good? Maybe an admin/Sr.Mod or something could make a petition with names or a larger more commonly seen poll?

In a way, we do deserve to put up with your ping. But on certain occasions when I try play AU, I can't even connect to the server and when I do I usually spawn in the under half of the map, sometimes even falling through the world for around 6 or so seconds. When i can join a server, sometimes I can break around 8 blocks before I get lagged back and then the blocks replace themselves. It's possible I'm catching AU on a bad day, but in general, I consider it unplayable. For me at least.

And also, to whoever mentioned the donating thing, I have donated to the servers before, but currently there are two issues for me donating. One, I wouldn't donate to play AU because the lag is unbearable, again for me at least. Two, When playing US, I have no trouble finding a server. It's true I do enjoy MCSG currently, but before I donate, I want to see how this Asian Server thing plays out.
