Both didn't work, I even tried using internet explorer on a vpn and it is still blocked...Hello!
From what I have heard, this is a glitch caused because of your browser. There are 2 solutions I am aware of:
Clear Your Cache
This will clear all internet history and cookies stored on your browser, so proceed with caution. This should be your first option. These are the steps for Google Chrome, but they shouldn't be too different in other browsers.
Reset Your Browser
- At the top of the browser, click the icon with three horizontal lines. Then, select "Settings."
- Click "History."
- Click "Clear browsing data..."
- Next to "Obliterate the following items from:" choose "the beginning of time."
- Click "Clear browsing data."
Before beginning, I must warn you: this will clear all internet history, saved passwords, etc. so please proceed with caution. These are the steps for Google Chrome, but they shouldn't be too different in other browsers.
Good luck on solving your issue, and getting an interview for moderator! If this worked, be sure to let me know so I can lock the thread! Have a wonderful day.

Maybe contact Support--it could be a forums issue with your account. Both didn't work, I even tried using internet explorer on a vpn and it is still blocked...

Could you try turning your router off and letting it sit for about 20 minutes before turning it back on?
