CPU: Intel or AMD: Intel (Doesn't really matter)
GPU: AMD or Nvidia: Either one
Focus: Processing power
What Parts Do You Already Have: Keyboard, mouse, headset
Do You Have A Monitor/Operating System: I have a monitor and I should have an operating system
What Peripherals Would You Like: Anything is fine
Any Special Notes: I have a graphics card in my computer back home, so if you could build one with and without that, it would be great.

How's the 780 compared to this? Also I'm not only going to be playing minecraft, I'll also play steam games.

In my opinion, the 780 isn't really an option, unless you're buying it to save money. Though it does have more processing power than the 690, the Titan trumps it in that regard, and the 690 provides higher FPS in games. So really, I would decide between the Titan and the 690.

TheManeEvent I've finished designing your computer. It was a bit difficult working in that price range, but I think I've managed to achieve something decent that I hope you'll be happy with.

Here's my rig:

Intel i5 3570K, 8GB G.Skill RAM, GTX 650 Ti OC, SanDisk Extreme 120GB SSD, 1TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H, Corsair GS600 PSU, Thermaltake Starcraft Case.

If I was going to upgrade any part of this build, what do you think it should be?

Thanks for pointing this out, it's prompted me to do a bit more research that has turned up some interesting results. The GTX Titan is a better overall GPU, as it has significantly more processing power and memory. However, it is only a single GPU, whereas the 690 is a dual GPU, which causes the 690 to get better FPS than the Titan. So it really comes down to personal preference. If you want to focus on having the best FPS possible, getting the GTX 690 will be better than getting the Titan, but if you want an overall more powerful machine, then the Titan will be your best bet.

What Peripherals Would You Like: Nothing too cheap, but with good quality.
Any Special Notes: Leave out speakers xD. Can you confirm it'll get 300+fps with render distance on normal with default texture?

Best bang for your buck at that price range.
Don't get me wrong, I am a huge Nvidia person but when it comes to low budget builds, the best and most reasonable option is to go the AMD route.

However, if you are able to fork out an extra 30-40, you can get your hands on a GTX 660 which is slightly better overall than the 7850.
