What further clarification do you need? I'd be glad to help you out.
What everything does because the other guy only explained some of it and the bits he did weren't exactly fully explained....

*gives pizza* but I'm still confused...
Fine. No pizzas for you.
CPU/Processor: It's the brain of your computer. It processes everything, like the name suggests. The FPS you get in Minecraft is affected by the CPU a lot more than most games because Minecraft runs off of Java. (If you wanna learn how that works ask Sub or Forairan or any of the devs)
Motherboard: It's where you connect everything to. (Ram, CPU, Graphics card)
Graphics Card: This is what's mainly going to determine the performance you get when you play games. If you have a really bad graphics card, you're not gonna get good FPS. If you have a really great graphics card, you're gonna get really good FPS.
HDD/Hard drive: Like I said, it holds all of your files. Pictures, videos, games, etc.
Ram: The more ram you have, the more applications you can have open. If you have a lot of ram (8 GB) you'll be able to run a lot of applications at the same time, without greatly affecting the performance of each app. For example: A computer with 4gb and has like 5 different windows open (browser, Minecraft, teamspeak, spotify, skype) their FPS in Minecraft will be reduced more than someone with 8gb of ram who's running the same amount of stuff.
I hope this clarifies it better.

Budget: Hmm, $1,500
CPU: Intel or AMD: Intel
GPU: AMD or Nvidia: Nvidia
Focus: Play most next-gen games in the highest settings possible with great FPS. Also would like to be able to record and render videos quickly.
What Parts Do You Already Have: A mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
Do You Have A Monitor/Operating System: Yes, some Acer monitor and Windows 7
What Peripherals Would You Like: Gaming headset.
Any Special Notes: Don't want it too loud, but have the ability to run for a while without overheating. Size doesn't matter that much, just want the case to look nice, but easy to take out parts. Don't want any flashing lights or things like that. And, that's about it, thanks.
