When you try to save the photo, the name defaults to 'secretAnton.' Just throwing it out there because I'm probably not going to figure this out. XD

Upon further research (reverse image searching) I found out that this image is called "home" and it was drawn by Anton Semenenov, "...also known as 'Gloom82', a digital artist from Russia whose works feature unique interpretations of the subconscious world."
