What do you consider 'pinger' or 'pingplayer'?

I feel that ping is an excuse to many players but a problem only for few. Last weekend I was accused of being a "pinger" because my ping was too LOW and "he couldn't me" but I was strafing. :/ I would suggest ignore these people and move on.

But you don't get hits as far (I've played hive and thecove w/ 140 ping) so it is kinda hard fighting people w/ low ping (~60 ping)

I have really good ping, but honestly I'd rather have average ping. Literally everyone just uses it as an excuse after I beat them, even though my ping usually doesn't even change the fights.

the "insult" "pinger" is kinda the most stupid insult I've ever heard...
It makes me think of a 7 years old boy sitting in front an old pc shouting "unfairrrrrrrr!!!" <-- lol xD
Saying pinger is really really dumb in my opinion.

not really, i tested this a while ago
my friend with 10ms had the same reach as I did with 150ms
Now ping does delay first hits, which may be the reason you feel like that
