SNOW-GLOBE Lobby by Team GOML!
So my team and I decided that we wanted to make an entry for the New Lobby contest. we quickly brainstormed ideas and came up with a Christmas/ creative theme. We decided to build a Snow-Globe. We plotted out our area and got started.

After hours and days of preparation, and plenty of updating i present to you...

The Team GOML MCSG Snow-Globe Lobby!

This map is full of exciting and fun things to do such as Dancing, Ice skating, Jumping, Parkour, Mazes, and Traps! What other map has a rave room underneath an ice lake that is only accessible by a maze filled with traps? There is so much to explore that people will want to stay in this lobby! we had a lot of fun building it and hopefully you will have a lot of fun playing it.

Im sorry kind sir but this is a very rude reply. Im sure my team doesn't apreciate that kind of negativity. we spent much time working on this map. you haventp played the map so you shouldnt say such crap. Team Elite... Breeze Island.... Us lacking detail and good builds...

Totally agree. Lacks detail, and is kind of small. Since my map is also small, I am not degrading your work, but mine has lots of detail

so what is wrong with this being a lobby? it has everything required for the competition and many fun activities to do while you wait. im a bit confused why its getting so much hate considering none of you have even played it. if you are going to be negative then make sure you specify the faults. First you say its too small then when i tell you its bigger then the current map you say its too big..

I personally kind of like this lobby and since map makers are getting involved here, I'm gonna through in my opinions! Small is good, this is true, the average person who will be playing SG is likely to have a short attention span. (that was sort of a joke) But I think it has potential, it seems fun, but the builds are very bland and could use some touchups. Also outside of the globe I hate that it's on a table (it seems like a table at least) but that's a small complaint.

So yeah, tune it and I would like it more. Also this wouldn't really go into effect until after Christmas so a holiday themed lobby may not have been the best idea.. And hello static_nightmare! I have always been a fan of Breeze Island, it's very fun for a short match that still requires skill.

And, yes, this map is the wrong section, all the other lobby contests are in the map downloads and discussions section if you haven't noticed. And no, when you only use brick and wooden planks for most of the buildings, it doesn't come across as a detailed map. Just because you spent time on this map, it doesn't make it a good map. If you consider criticism as rude, then don't bother posting it. okay obviously you went through alot of effort to reply, unlike your other comments. I respect criticism but the way you said it, was very rude. maybe you didn't notice or maybe you intended it to be rude. to clarify only one building is brick and only two buildings are wood. we also have a stone forge but it isnt in the video. There are many fun things to do in this map so it isnt bland. maybe search up the definition of bland. I never said that the map was super amazing because i spent time on it, i just mentioned how your criticism wasn't constructive enough with the word "crap". If a lobby being big is a bad thing, then how is there going to be exploration. Our map is good because it has so much stuff that is hidden beneath the surface.

also i would like to add that i have no problem with TE but lately some of the members have been commenting against others for no good reason. Hence this. If you want to say things like "I didnt like it at all.." then just stop for a second and in your head say to yourself, 'if someone said this to me how would i feel?'. Then go ahead and post it and see what comes out of it. NOTHING GOOD! For god sakes man just go work on your own lobby, unless of course, the other however many people in team elite are working on it for you so you can take the credit.

Thanks for the constructive criticism. i will get my team to work on sparking up the map abit and reconstructing the outside of the snow-globe.
