here, here. Answering questions is one of the jobs you are expected to do as a mod, and if it's on your wall, it goes without saying that you are supposed to answer it. I can understand it on Chad and the developers walls, perhaps the Admins and SR. Mods, but not regular mods. They shouldn't ignore players (hence why I answer every single message and wall post to me) as it's part of what they agreed to do when becoming a mod, and having a set group of people to answer questions on their walls for them might encourage them to just leave it up to others.

Because the fact is, its easier to just ignore the baccalaureate asking how to join a server on your wall than to write them step by step instructions or direct them to a guide, and all staff should answer their questions.
