I think everyone would rather you not try and not try to firstly be rude to an applicant, and two to try and blame something on their internet. I'm saying this once and for all; Internet may be overpowered at times and people have varying internet *nathan*. But don't discriminate because of it, as its not something they can really change. Just because you don't have access to that internet shouldn't mean that you need to complain that people have better internet, because I can assure you if you had the opportunity to have great internet you would seize that.
