I think everyone would rather you not try and not try to firstly be rude to an applicant, and two to try and blame something on their internet. He wasnt just replying to that post, and also not trying to start flame, he was simply stating about how people with better internet often get some hate or whatever from people with worse internet and just because people have better connection shouldnt cause them to be discriminated against. Maybe he slightly over-reacted but theres no need to make a big fuss about it...
