Demon's Breeze made MCSG's map standards look like trash. That's why it was removed.

Fallen Collosi was chosen as a well built map with high standards, Does it get voted EVER?! No.. It's because it's not FUN. The reason we play MCSG is for fun.

Dave says they don't want similar/same maps like Breeze/Demon's/Freeze Island. We'd have to choose one of these.

Would choose Breeze Island but still Demon's Breeze is a nice map that would be good if it were to be added back to MCSG.

I don't agree with it being the same map. Demon's Breeze is a much more open map that requires skill to navigate the walkways that hang over the lava. There is hardly any water in this map which is why I'm sure most people enjoy it as they do not have to swim for 10 minutes chasing someone. The alternate terrain provides a much quicker game pace which is why I voted this map every time it appeared as a map option.
I, also, feel like the community should be the ones to choose which maps stay and which maps go. The community plays these maps much more than the people who decide the fate of the maps. Demon's Breeze was voted almost every time it appeared on the vote list. I agree with Philly's statement in that some maps never even get voted yet Demon's Breeze get taken out? I don't feel like this move was fair to the community, and I think this map should be put back into MCSG.
