Presence of a double chin or lack thereof is not an indication to lose weight. If she's happy with her body, she doesn't have the need to do anything with herself. The ignorance is reflected in that you don't see the need to keep your mouth shut when it comes to things like these. I realize you live a very healthy lifestyle, but you shouldn't force your opinions on others. Now I suggest you really stop replying when it comes to this issue.
