So basically if (for example) Forgotten took part in this tournament, won by a lot, and still broke a rule they should get another chance? Makes sense

But did the rule that they broke allow them to win by a lot? I doubt the rule they broke allowed them to win 6-0 against an amaxing clan.

I am trying to appeal in a formal and sincere matter. Why should I stop? I am standing for what I think is right.

To review:

A) He gave us permission to use Swag. It doesn't matter about the rule if he specifically gave us permission! Also, he did apply for the clan under his alt name.

B) Toto flamed, but we tried to stop it. He removed the flame after we told him to stop. Then, he left for Forsaken, showing that he didn't care one bit for us OR the Clan Wars. We cannot be held responsible for his actions while he was in our clan because his intent may have been to harm us. Besides, the good we did trying to stop the flame totally outperformed the bad.

I graciously appeal for a second chance.

Again, I personally believe that you need some things to show everyone you that you shouldn't be DQed
1. Evidence of Techaton saying that you could use swag
2. Personally it wouldn't have hurt to ask Kristie if you could use a banned player
3. When you accept a player, they are your responsibility. If you knew he would flame or even if you didn't you take that bet when you accept a player even if they are really good.
4. You just told everyone that Swag has an alt account and probably are getting him IP banned, just saying.
And in reply to Native: My response is that everything can change a game, and Swag is one of the best players I have ever seen, so I wouldn't be suprised if he changed the game.
This is my final comment on this matter, as I feel i may just start flame and my clan may not want me getting involved in other clans business.

We did listen to tech's decision actually, we were told by him personally that we COULD use Swag...
Also, even if Totoshd was complaining about the battle, he does not speak for the whole clan and a TON of other people in other clans have flamed throughout this too...
