Map Updates -=2/9/2014=- "Spring Cleaning" Update!

I still see Treacherous Heights and Vida Cova on the MCSG servers...

They havent removed the maps they planned to yet to give people some time to play them a last time.

Just a quick opinion because I felt like it ^_^

The maps I think should be removed:
>Vida Cova
The pvp is horrible and it is just a giant maze that makes for long and actionless games.
>Treacherous Heights
For the same reason, it is underplayed and not the greatest for pvp.
>Fallen Haven
Some may disagree with me on this one, but I feel that TSG3 is better (they both have the same theme) and that Fallen Haven is underplayed.
>The Lobby Games
This is where I expect to get the most, "Why?'s" so let me explain. It is a cool 'event' map to use for certain stuff, but as far as MCSG goes it just doesn't feel like an MCSG map (<-My opinion, I don't know quite how to explain it.) I feel that Team Elite could make a wonderful floating islands map with more to it than the MCSG lobby.

I want to preface this by saying this map is built very well, but it just isn't played often or enjoyed by most people.

I do like the lobby Team Elite made; I just don't think it should be a MCSG map. Use the original lobby they made and not just a copy the MCSG map.

Other than this, I think the other maps are fine. Just wanted to take the time to tell my opinion.

There is probably bias in there, but still. I do like the PvP, but I don't like the cornucopia very much in terms of spawning at the beginning of the game and for deathmatch.

While of course I have some bias, I really enjoy fighting on the map.

Wyvern's Wake was definitely one of my favorite maps. But I LOVE ANCIENCT JAPAN!!!
I never liked Fortune Island, but it wasn't underplayed

Didn't you help build the map though? I would like it if I built it, but since I didn't build it I'm not a fan. I just think that the general feelings towards VC are negative.

I can agree that Vida has a good pvp aspect to it, but its not exciting and lacks structures.

I would just like to know why the spawns are messed up on Ancient Japan, and how long it would take to fix that. I mean, I can't imagine it would be too hard, considering you only have to clear about 50 blocks and then re-upload the map, however I'm not a member of the Map Committee , so I'm not going to make assumptions

Overall I agree with you, but I have a friend who is in love with Origins. He would cri evertim if it got removed. I think the map is great except for the part where noobs hit you off cliffs and you die.
I agree that Lobby Games shouldn't be a map. It's a great lobby, but it's terrible for pvp, and it seems like Team Elite just used it to get an extra map in.

Also, other maps that should be removed: Fallen Colossi (Underplayed, ugly as hell), Destiny's Shiver (Same).
