Better Sprint Mod has now been eliminated on our servers!

Am I the only one that feels this is completely idiotic? BSM should be allowed, as it is already implemented into 1.7.

I know that people complain of how BSM gives you an advantage by pressing a key that lets you run forever, but it doesn't really make a difference as everyone in 1.7 holds shift anyway.

Furthermore, you can argue that Mac users have an advantage as they can have Caps Lock on in 1.7, so they don't have to hold shift to sprint.

I feel that MCSG fights for the wrong reasons.

MCSG is not on 1.7.2 yet. Once it's fully updated to 1.7.2 and BSM is out for 1.7.2 they'll reevaluate BSM.

For the moment it's still banned.

If multiplayer BSM stays the same then it should be allowed in my opinion, as everything that is in 1.6.4 BSM is in 1.7.2 sprint other than the crouch toggle and fly boost.

If they add new features into 1.7 BSM then it should stay banned.

He could have done it mistakenly maybe he tryed to join the server that allows bsm but accidentally clicked on the MCSG server, not everyone is perfect you know :/ im not saying it was a mistake im saying it could have been.

Even if this is a mistake logging into the servers with it, the staff members are held to a higher level of expectations - including the fact that they should know to swap out their JARs before connecting to MCSG, if they're using BSM on another community.

A staff member can be demoted at anytime for any reason. In this case, a mod used a hacked client. If a mod can't even follow the rules they are meant to enforce, then they are unfit for the moderator position.

This. In addition, it's a privilege on these servers to be a staff member, not a right. If you circumvent our rules (as a staff member), the consequences are certainly more severe.

Again your gonna demote him because of 1 mistake he had made. Im sorry this is not of my business im gonan stay out of it.
Also change the rules to "Except staff"
