Rate the New MCSG Maps, thinking thread

Hey guys as all of you should know five new Survival Games maps came out on the MCSG servers. So, what I've decided on doing is asking you guys to rate the new maps on a scale of 1-10 and an explanation of why you rated the map that rating!

Here I go!

Demons Breeze: 8/10- It's a variation of Breeze Island, with lava instead of water which I found it to be an awesome idea, lava might lag for other people on their computers, but to me it's still an awesome map, really like the new structures, it's just a unique variation of Breeze Island that I happen to enjoy!

Freeze Island: 4.5/10- No, just no. Okay, it's a Breeze Island variation, and yes Demons Breeze got a higher rating, but I find this variation WORSE than the original Breeze Island, there are some unique characteristics to this like the dragon and the squid (creepy *shrugs*) but other than that, this map is terrible not to insult the map creator, and also, ice chasing is way worse than water chasing.

Valleyside University: 9.5/10- A map university based, so pretty unique. The structures are very well built, a lot of chests on the map and great gameplay. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much of the map at first, but after playing it, I loved this map! <3

Holiday Resort: 6/10- It's an... alright map, there aren't that many structures, sadly, I expected a lot more from this map, and there's a lot of water, so get ready for the water chases.

Wyvern's Wake: 3.5/10- Okay, I don't know how this got accepted in as an official MCSG map, I mean it's a really messy map, there are random biomes and pointless dragons (yes I know what a Wyvern is) EVERYWHERE, it's just a horrible, disgusting mess of a map, eww... (EDIT: please note my opinions might change if I play this map more often)

Ha ha, I made a thread way back rating all the maps.

Demon's Breeze: 5/10-Okay, the concept is really cool, and it looks great, but I really don't like playing on a map where I'm afraid to leave the main center area, and this is the case here. Lava is scary! And I know it helps with the lag to turn off your sound, but I don't like to have to turn my sounds off to be able to play with a playable frame rate.

Freeze Island: 6/10-I like it, but... ice chases. It would have the potential to be higher, but... ice chases. However, in terms of the builds.. specifically Le0 's dragon and krackan 's squid destroying the ships (pretty sure they were the ones that built those, respectively).. I'd probably put the build quality up there with teweran. Unfortunately the rest of the map is basically the same though.

Valleyside University: 8/10-It seems fun. Chests well placed, and very well-made; modern looking buildings. I don't even have a route yet but I can tell I'm going to enjoy this one. Check to see if it gets a 9 or 10 later.

Holiday Resort: 6/10-Haven't played it enough to be able to give it a fair rating, this is just in terms of what I've seen while spectating. I think some of the builds are really nice, but others appear kind of too random for my tastes. I really dislike the corn. But other than that, I can't say much about it.

Wyvern's Wake: 4/10-I have not played it yet, but I really dislike the randomness factor. Reminds me of Asia Games. I understand if that's theme, but I just don't see myself ever liking it. If I play it and enjoy it I might change my rating to include gameplay aspects, which I obviously have none of yet since I haven't played it.

Why does everyone dislike all the maps?
Demon Breeze: AMAZING 8/10 because of lag. Other than that, absolutely cool map. I love these Bridges!
Freeze Island: 6/10 can't say much, played it once and starved from ice-skating.
Valleyside: Played it once too, but it seems like a interesting map 7/10
Holiday Resort: Very good concept+buildings imo, but I dislike the corn. 8/10
Wyverns Wake: Good structures, and I like the "fantisy" theme. 7/10

Demon's Breeze: It's like hell. 3/10.
Freeze Island: cool map but not unique enough to provide a chilling experience. 5/10.
Holiday Resort: had plenty of fun in this map. Enjoyed myself there. 8/10
Valleyside University: It made me think about what routes to take. Requires a lot of strategy in this map. 9/10
Wyvern's Wake: Mysterious and full of adventure. 7/10

I haven't played any of them, but from the looks, the new Breeze...uhh...no. It just looks plain, the middle's just the original Breeze with just a few touches. I'm surprised that they added it, but this is just from the looks, it might be fun in gameplay.
