Alright, so I've been thinking about "Clan Staff." Yes, I am aware that Staff can only recieve this rank. I'm not sure how you do receive this rank, but I had an idea. So, basically my idea was to open this rank up to the public. As we all know, (Atleast you should), you have to apply for the "Moderator" position/rank, and then from there you can recieve the "Clan Staff" tag/rank. I think that you should be able to apply for this rank, even if your not Staff. MCGamer should have an application format for applying for this position. I don't know if this ever will happen, but if it did, it would be amazing. Now, if this does become anything, all past ban punishments should be dropped toward applying for Clan staff. So basically, if you got banned, your not able to apply for Moderator for 9 months, but you are aloud to apply for Clan staff, unless you get banned when it becomes something. (Clan staff would also recieve the commands they need)

So, leave your opinions in the comments. Also make sure to vote on the pole. Have a great day! :)

Well, the reason clan staff is limited to staff is because when dealing with most clan issues, you need to have staff commands to able to fully understand the situation.
If this became a thing, clan staff could recieve the commands they need.

Most non-staff members don't really have the authority to. I know that sounds mean but have you ever tried to tell someone on our TeamSpeak to stop breaking the rules? It doesn't work out very well unless you have some sort of authoritative rank. It also would probably be extremely unorganized and hard to get in contact with the clan staff from a staff point of view.

Also, if we are going to have people apply for clan staff, we might as well have them apply for a moderator position because I can almost guarantee they would follow a very similar process of hiring.

That would be the point of it, users don't listen to other users if there not staff, because there NOT staff. If they were clan staff, maybe they would listen better. Also, clan staff doesn't really have anything to do with the Team speak.

Edit: It wouldn't be very hard to contact the clan staff, either. Other staff could easily poke them on the team speak, or message them on the forums.

95% of the issues that clan staff deal with are over TeamSpeak and are done in a meeting room, which only staff have access to. But like I was saying, if you are going to apply for a clan staff position, you might as well apply for a staff position and then apply for clan staff once you are a staff member because it would more than likely take less time.

give clan staff

honestly I think their should be a group of clan leaders/influential members that make the clan related decisions and rulings, sure, some staff, but not all of it should be staff, so we have different povs

As Braden has mentioned the best way to become a member of the Clan Staff would be to apply for a position of Moderator. I cannot see this being implemented into the game unless an application process is involved. And the process would have to be at the same difficulty level as becoming a Moderator.
