Regarding "Clan Staff"

I do see your point, along with Juxify's, but, even when a user applies for Moderator and they get it, theirs as much of a chance of them abusing their powers, as their is a member abusing their clan staff power. Everyone starts out as a normal member, along with staff.

Just like i said, people do, do that. But it takes a lot of time and dedication to get there, just like Jeffrey and I said. I made a video on this though, to see what other's responses would be. Here

It's an interesting idea that could somewhat make staff-community relations better, but a lot of clan issues are dealt with using mod commands and users could easily abuse this. Additionally, some clan issues can end in a punishment being given out (like a hacker in the game, some members spamming), something that regular users cannot have access to.

The Clan Staff rank is exclusively to those who are a part of the MCGamer Staff Team, and have been for 3 or more months. This is to ensure that all members of the Clan Staff are experienced within the MCGamer Staff Team, and can handle issues that arise. It would be illogical to introduce non-staff members to a position only held by experienced staff members.

On the flip side, I have been trying very hard to improve communication between the MCGamer Staff Team and the current self-regulated clan scene leaders, which has been going very well lately so be on the look for some cooperative tournaments and such
