This thread isn't your usual "walk in light" thread.
I need some help, coming from the people who've passed depression.

After you've attempted it, it just keeps haunting you. Makes you feel- something with I can't express.
After that one night, stupidity and a idiotic move, it's been just depressing me. And I need to know what to do.

What should I do?
Every time it gets to me I need to get my mind off it- and I just can't.

I'm currently depressed if you believe it or not. What I would suggest you is to just keep your head somewhere else where you wouldn't think about it, maybe having fun with your friends, going to cinema, eating in a restaurant or just go and walk, workout. Remember that depression is a temporary problem in your life, fight against it with your full strength, don't let it control you.

Try to concantrate other things, think things that makes you happy. Listen songs like "Happy" Im sure that'll help.If you need extra help,I'll come back again :p.Now on,try to relax.

Being pissed and feel like your worthless- I don't think being with your mates would help that.
I completely agree on what Nick said.
He's right, just some people suffer from depression which seems uncontrollable.

When I'm pissed I usually chop wood with a real axe. Yes I do don't judge me it is really effective.

Don't try to forget the negatives, because that will only hurt more, instead try to remember the positives. When I get depressive feelings again I talk to my friends and mess around and play, or watch a movie. Usually being around friends is the best cure for me. Never give up no matter what.

Appreciate it.
But again, just the same thing. "Think about the positives" "Hang out with friends"
Feeling like you don't belong here, there or anywhere, I don't see how I'd hang out with friends.
Positives, it's really hard to think of the good side, then the negative side when your suffering from depression. It's usually dispatched as the negatives just transfer to your head.
