Here's my "two cents" on Grace Periods:
I was thinking, and this is strictly my opinion, that if a "Grace Period" were to be added, it could be right at the time chests refill, thus allowing an equal chance for all to grab a better piece of gear during the games.

I don't think this would work well considering it is a competition. Not, "Oh it's night time, time to go get my free chest!". No.

If you're well enough equip to defend corn from the other 3+ tributes, then you deserve to have the chests, not for people to waltz right in and take them from you.

o god please dont add grace period that will ruin everything. did they hav grace period in the actuall hunger games no they didnt so stop wining if u get killed instanly becuase a dude got a sword and decided to go for u

Also I forgot to mention you should add the removal of NCP to the list

Like what Hawk said, you don't want that. It may not allow you to hit fast but, that removes forcefield, a very popular client mod. And the people you see flying, using mods to make them float, it will kick them. So trust me, No Cheat Plus is a life saver.
