Community Poll: Leaderboards Reset with Newest Update?

One point you can add is that many players and staff (as it was said in the QnA) all seem to say it's not fair because if they want to be number 1 they'll have to play for months and months. When Dave said that I was like well, you do realise the stats are going to be pretty much like that again sooner or later... does that mean we reset every two years because no doubt there will be more new players so it's 'unfair' for them?

The only 'fair' way in my opinion is not resetting because everyone started from zero.

The excuse that it's too hard to rank high is the worst excuse I've personally heard and find it quite ridiculous because it will happen again and there's no denying that. So, how is this even an argument.

So many of my friends have quit because of this... I will join them as well due to this idea in my opinion being very stupid, you're resetting the stats of everyone, everyone who has gotten to a 1/2 or 1/3 ratio that has worked hard going solo to get their wins, I don't know about the other regions but Australia's problem is that you cannot win without a 2 - 3 team, it really is quite pathetic lmao. There are a series of massive problems with this happening, boosters, hackers etc, it'll make the game worse and you will lose half of your community, keep everything as it is, just because you're making an update doesn't mean everything has to reset, it didn't reset from v1 - v2 so I don't think it should for this one. Yes, although hardly anyone will reach the top 10 due to the top 10 having 3000 - 4000 wins it doesn't matter, no one else has complained in a while about them not being able to get to the top, I myself don't want to get to the top due to idk maybe abuse? Being called a no life, no friends etc. I've voted no on quite a few forum accounts but now idgaf, it's going to happen either way if you guys didn't already know, they leave it open so they can see what the community says and then they go for what they like, it really is stuffed up. So my say in this will have no point and therefore I've spent almost 5 minutes writing this for what again...?

Why would you quit mcsg over an idea that hasn't even been put into effect? I guess it's understandable to leave if they reset the stats, but leaving before anything even happens is a bit of an overreaction...

I think its a good idea because it will allow other players to get a chance to be at the top of the leaderboards but i do agree with the fact that there should be a leader board to show who was at the top back in the days so that the old top players wont be forgotten c:

Something people don't understand is the fact that if you already have a bad ratio it's only gonna be worse with the stats reset. If you think about it, the amount of teamed boosters and hackers will go up. I honestly think mcsg will turn into trash if this follows throug. Also recently you tubers such as creeperfarts have been convincing their fans to vote in their favor in my opinion this poll should be irrelevant to whether the stats get reset. I personally am not gonna get my 1k wins combined all over again. YOU ARE GINBA KILL MCSG IF YOU DO THIS.

I voted no. Reasoning? Well, I think a lot of good players will quit playing MCSG if they lose all their wins. Such as Gravey4rd. Also, I think the timing for a stats reset is completely off. There is (especially on EU) an extreme amount of hackers, boosters and targetters. All the players who are now in the top 100 or even have a good amount of wins (500+) will never be able to get those again. The people who are in the LBS are proud of themselves. Getting there, beating the game. Everything will be for nothing. They've spent 2 years of playing games for what? To find out their stats are about to reset. They will quit. I'm telling you. MCGamer will lose A LOT of members and youtubers if the stats really get reset. I'd chose what's best for the community if I were you guys. And that's not resetting.

Another thing. What happened to people being able to buy a stats reset? People who really want to have their stats reset can buy it. So why reset everyone's stats? I bet everyone would've already be on 0/0 if they would want their stats reset. They didn't, so they don't want it reset. Then why get them upset by resetting it completely? Just realise that a lot of people will acutally get upset with this and leave.

The forums poll is like 50/50 % - and yes I know, you're keeping track to the ingame poll. But people have so many alt accounts lately. It's just, I'm sorry for my language, f'ed up. Everyone who wants their stats reset gets as many alts as possible to vote yes. Why do you think the votes for yes are about 6000 votes above the votes for no?

If you want the network to stay happy and advertised by the many youtubers and streamers you have now... Do not reset the stats! So many people will leave. I'm not saying I will... But I know many people that won't bother anymore, trying to get the amount of wins they had before. Clans will make no sense anymore, because you can't set a certain amount of wins to be able to join the clan. You won't know if someone is good or not by looking at their stats. People will actually leave because of these few reasons.

Think it through, Sr Staff. Just think about the people you will get upset by resetting their stats.

You should really tell some staff about this post because this is the whole idea I had and it deserves a big plus!!!
