Procrastination - I need help!

So basically, I do all my HW Sunday night at 10:00. This has gotten to be a pretty bad problem for me. I hate HW sooo much I will just decided to play MCSG until it comes down to if I don't my HW now I won't finish it. The sad part is, when I am under a time constraint to finish, I work very productively. If I try to start it on Saturday however, I will do a few problems of Math for example, and then get bored and go back to MCSG or Youtube. Any tips? I really need some because one time I was at my grandparents house and they made me do my HW Friday night, and I found the rest of my weekend much more enjoyable knowing it was out of the way.
Edit: Just wrote this after finishing a lit essay at the very last minute.

I do things last minute and its fine as long as its done your fine . If Its exams just unplug your computer tell your mom or someone to hide the cable that's what I do to study 90 mins a day for exams coming

Problem, a lot of my HW requires my computer. Lit stuff, java, sometimes Bio, etc. Also, the quality isn't as good when it is rushed.
Edit: And even without my computer I will just move to my phone, and without my phone I will just go eat food or do something to waste time.

I don't rush last minute I calmly do it and finish at like 1 am or sthing stupid and I'm off

Then I will be tired the next day for my tests, or my parents will come in and murder me for doing my HW at 1 am. I know that sounds ridiculous, but their room is across from me and they will notice the light coming under my door. Also, sometimes they randomly check to make sure I am asleep as they have caught me before, and my Mom sleeps very lightly and she could hear me if I have to walk around.

If you are using Google Chrome I recommend getting an extension called StayFocusd (search it) and use the nuclear option to block any sites you want for however long you want, to block an entire site enter something like minecraftsurvivalgames.com or youtube.com. If I need to work for long periods of time then I use that. Hope it helped

That is a little to risky, as that leaves you with one possible career. With school you have several options.
