Why do all you guys seem to think playing a new map makes you better at PvP lol.

It's my choice what maps I play. I said I've played some maps, I didn't say I only played them once either. You guys seem to assume a lot of things. It's not about the maps, it's about the voting and how maps which the majority don't want to play, wins.
I didn't assume anything, I used that as an example to prove my point. And honestly, we never said playing a new map makes you better at PvP. But PvP isn't everything, and you're ignoring maps you've barely played because you only want to play the same maps over and over.

He Has VIP which gives 5 votes -_-
Your point exactly?

Oooh burn
Yeah I was 'burned'.

How do you know it's unfair for the 22 other players?
Go in a game where it happens, and watch the comments. I'm one of those players, I play with others, I've seen the reactions. That's how I know.

Why do you think playing the same map over and over is more fun?
I'm sorry, am I not allowed to play maps which I like? It's my choice to play any map I wish to, I find it fun, just because you don't that doesn't mean I and most others don't.

If it's a map he likes, why is it not fun?
Thank you.

It turns into Repetitive Good
In your opinion.

Well except for the times I've played the other maps and chose I dislike the layouts of the maps because they're not PvP friendly. You say PvP isn't everything, no, but it's a major factor of the survival games. Again you just assumed I don't play maps because I want to play the maps over and over. You guys seem to forget what I'm saying... Let me repeat. It's my choice which maps I choose to play, and my point here is that if the map I intend to play is voted a lot more than the other maps I kind of wait in that lobby to play that map, especially when it's something like 95% to 5% chance. When the 5% chance wins, which is usually like 1 vote, it's ridiculous.

It's not that some people just don't want to play underplayed maps because they're underplayed, sometimes they just don't like that maps because they don't like what it entails.

Well, this is to stop every single lobby with (for example) Breeze Island getting voted, because in most of the experienced community's mind, Breeze is absolutely terrible, and the only reason it hasn't been removed yet is because of the sheer amount of threads stating, and I will futurely quote: "pls re-add breeze it had lots of gear and very good map!!111!!!!11".

Otherwise, it is to also bring back maps that are liked by players, however they may be underplayed because the majority of new players are not going to play them, seeing as they are flat out unwilling, as it seems, to play anything besides currently overplayed maps, no matter how good they are.

Could you give us some arguments please why the new voting system is unfair? As I've said before if the mayority wants a map to be chosen It'll receive a bigger percentage to win. This means that most of the time that map actually will get chosen. I simply don't understand how you can call that ridiculous, Even if a map with only 1 vote wins, there is alot of other times where it didn't win.

And to talk about "Pvp-friendly maps" There are none actually. You can PvP In every map, a flat-land or a mountain it shouldn't matter for PvP, as both parties will have the same terrain to fight on. And again as I stated before, Being able to adapt to your surrounding is part of PvP.

Why do people bring parliament into this? Jesus, it's a game lol.

Your example of the votes would be fine, but I'm not on about that I'm on about when the maps with just 1 player wanting to play wins. Also, regarding you telling me to leave if I can't stand a map (This is like the 3000th time [with a bit of exaggeration] I've been told to do that). Go read my past messages.
Why do people get parliement into this? Because it shows that it's perfectly fair and that's why it's used in real life aswell.

I have gave reasons why I believe it's unfair if you just read but whatever,

Basically I feel it's unfair that, let's say for example Valleyside University had 29 votes and I don't know SG1 had 1 vote which would mean it has 3.33% or something like that chance of winning. Ok, I see you're point here, you believe that only 3.33% of the games in this situation will go through to SG1 however this does not seem to be the case, it seems the lower voted maps are picked more often than you think and I've seen many people feel the same way. Besides, that's only part of my argument.

The second part is, still in the same scenario, if 23/24 players were happy with Valleyside, waiting the full lobby time to play the map they clearly thought was going to win just to start the game going into SG1, which was caused by that one voter. I think this is not fair on the majority of the people because they waiting the lobby time with the map they wanted to play, was pretty much sure to be played then it doesn't happen. This is where guys say "If you don't like it, then leave" and my argument for that is as also stated many times that why should we be forced to leave for playing a map which had one vote compared to 29 (in this scenario). It's totally unfair if you ask me personally.

I said the unfair part maybe on a slightly personal field of view however, if you go into a game with a map winning which had 1 vote and a very low percentage chance then just watch the reactions you see in the chat, it's clear that the map was not wanted and it frustrates again the majority of the players who waited in that lobby. This is why I see it unfair.

Still waiting for a decent argument. All I'm seeing is 'this one time a map with 1 vote beat a map with 10 votes, wth', just dressed up.

You say that the map is not wanted, which isn't true at all, is it? If a map isn't wanted, then it gets 0 votes and has no chance of being played. You just need to remember that when a map wins against the odds, it happens against the odds. So stop making out that it happens all the time, cos it doesn't.
