What F.O.V. And Sensitivity Do You Play on?

I play quake pro
And my sensitivity is anywhere from 90 - 110, depending on how I feel.

I enjoy playing on Quake Pro. (HalfSquirrel I think you've changed my eyes forever, I have to play on quake pro, when I don't it looks like I'm zooming in on optifine ) and I play on default sensitivity.

how? its in minecraft...it's there to be changed, thats why its called "options"
