Weather in MCSG?

I believe that weather should be implemented so it can give a new feel to the game. Yes, everyone says that rain is annoying, but you have to admit, It would be so epic fighting someone in the middle of a thunderstorm.

Personally I like MCSG without weather.
1. It does not make minecraft lag (In my opinion)
2. I dislike pvping in rain/snow. It just annoys me

In a lot of areas near the center it would still rain/snow. This is because the rain/snow falls from a height below the dome.

As someone who wouldn't like weather, I have to say yes. Why? I can turn weather off if I don't want weather, so if you don't like it just turn it off.
