That would be like me making a clan called "The Forgotten" after forgotten disbanded. Thats not a thing. #1 Addding "The" or removing "The" from somebodies else's name doesnt make it cool, and its also agasint the rules I believe. #2 It doesnt matter if its disbanded, you cant use my name if I dont give you permission.

Mined, let it go, there's no point in starting flame over this. I get that It was an old clan that in terms started Exodus, but let them use the name. It doesn't really matter at this point anyways.
