Edit: Oh, DocWalrus. I don't think it was a reference to The Arena Master, but rather another walrus?

That would be avoiding a ban. Also, he's busy building a unique map (It's super awesome, and is completely different from any other maps that I've seen before. But no hints )
He's sad that "MCSG doesn't deserve a map as awesome as this" and from that and other statements, I guessed that he doesn't really want to come back too much, and I don't know if he ever would even if he was unbanned.
