I plan to hold the next one around christmas time.

Just a small suggestion. It might be a bit easier to follow and will allow for some excitement to build up if you guys hold them seasonally. So maybe four per year during Winter, Spring, Summer, and then Fall.

Alternatively, if uncommon is what the staff is looking for, then one during the Winter and one during the Summer would make sense also.
