I don't like it, you'd have to truly balance out the tiering of the map for it to be fair. Otherwise one spawn has the advantage and that's no fun for those at the other corn. Sure it may make for interesting gameplay, but I enjoy consistency.

I don't see why not? Yes, fallen empire had two corns, but that wasn't what made it an issue. Its issue was its colossal size, which I'm hoping plantations has not. Two smaller corns on a regular size map I believe should work fine!
