The thing to do is to distract them from your speech with something else. I would suggest shaving your head bald and getting a tattoo of an arrow starting from your lower back and ending at your forehead. Also, do not forget to wear your monk robe and sandals. They will love it so much that they won't even care if you mess up.

In all seriousness, I would recommend not over-thinking it as that always builds up the nervousness and you have more time to think of what could go wrong. This applies to everything you are nervous about also, that's why my motto is 'Count to 3 and do it.'
